We ran our agency on ten apps that didn't talk. So we built our own.
KangaSuite is the set of AI-assisted office tools we made for ourselves: issue tracking, projects, time, documents, and a chat that knows the whole business. It runs our shop every day. Now we're opening it up, in case it fits yours too.
The backstory
Built for ourselves first.
We're KangaCoders, a small software agency split between Belgium and the Canary Islands. We ran on the usual pile: one app for projects, a spreadsheet for time, a mailbox full of bug reports, proposals in whatever template was closest. Nothing connected, and nothing knew anything about our work. So we built our own tools, with AI doing the boring parts, and used them on real client work until they held up. Clients saw them and asked if they could have them too. KangaSuite is those tools, cleaned up for everyone else.
